When you gotta go, you gotta go! A Una man is accused of urinating in someone else's yard. Spartanburg deputies say the victim and his 7 year old daughter were inside their home when 53 year old Clarence Scott came into his front yard and relieved himself. Scott reportedly admitted it to officers saying he just couldn’t hold it any longer. He’s charged with public disorderly conduct.
