MOTHER ARRESTED FOR GIVING HER CHILD BEER!

A woman in Phoenix, Arizona has been arrested after she allegedly fed alcohol to her 2-year-old son in his sippy cup. A patron at Peter Piper Pizza called police after witnessing 36-year-old Valerie Topete pour beer into her toddler's sippy cup. The witness said the child drank from the cup, and eventually fell from his seat. When police arrived on the scene, she told them her son had been grabbing at her pitcher of beer so she gave him a "splash" in hopes he would stop. Officers said the child's cup had a liquid with foam that smelled of alcohol. She’s charged with child abuse and as a precaution, the child was taken to the hospital.
