Deputies have released a sketch of a possible witness and hope someone can identify the man who may have been seen in the area at the time of a Greenville County couple's deaths.
Greenville County deputies said the man seen in the sketch may have been in the area and may have information relating to the deaths of 78-year-old Gary Wells and his wife, 77-year-old Helen Wells, in their Terramont Drive home on Oct. 2.
The Wells' bodies were found in their home the morning of Oct. 3.
Following the autopsies, Coroner Kent Dill said the couple was brutally killed they both died from "multiple sharp force injuries" and their home was ransacked.
Deputies ask anyone who can identify the witness or may have seen something out of the ordinary on Oct. 2 or 3 to call the Greenville County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line at 864-271-5210 or Crime Stoppers at 864-23-CRIME.
