Deputies said five men invaded a home, attacked several people and robbed them at a Spartanburg home Tuesday morning.
Spartanburg County deputies were called to a home on Bowers Court about 1:20 a.m. after they said the suspects entered the home, robbed several people inside and hit three woman during the attack.
While responding to the home, deputies were told to look out for a white Ford Crown Victoria, which they spotted not far away. Deputies said they pulled over the car and found the five men inside along with the BB gun rifle used during the robbery.
According to the arrest warrants, there were four people inside the home who were hit and robbed by the suspects. The warrants stated that the suspects were armed with a BB gun and knife. Investigators said some of the suspects knew some of the victims and planned to rob them.
Stephen Estes, 17, Dennis Keth, 19, Vincent Kenmanivong, 19, Aaron Motts, 20, and Carlos Salas, Jr., 18, were each charged with one count of housebreaking, four counts of first-degree assault and battery and four counts of armed robbery.
Deputies said the victims were treated by paramedics for their injuries, but they did not have to be taken to the hospital.
The suspects are being held at the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office Detention Center awaiting bond hearings.
