South Carolina's unemployment rate has dropped for the fourth straight month...The state Department of Employment and Workforce says the jobless rate in November was 8.3 percent. That's down slightly from the October rate of 8.6 percent...Here in the upstate, Greenville county had the lowest unemployment at 6.6 percent..Union county was the highest at 12.6 percent.
