Congressman talks guns with Upstate voters

An Upstate congressman toured the area on Friday to talk gun rights and the Second Amendment with voters.

U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-Laurens, made five stops in four counties Friday as a part of his "Second Amendment Listening Tour."

"If you talk to most gun owners in South Carolina, they will tell you that the Second Amendment is about more than just collection, protection and sport. The Second Amendment is ultimately about freedom," Duncan said in a release about the tour. "I'm looking forward to thanking local businessesand spending time listening to the people of the Third District."
